These terms apply when you buy a place on the course Russian from 0. Please read them before you buy. By completing your purchase you confirm that you accept them.

You must be 18 or older to buy a course. By purchasing, you confirm that you are.
Russian from 0 is a 12-week beginner Russian course. There are three plans.
Solo, 75 €
Group, 199 €
One to one, 450 €
Week 1 of the course opens as soon as your payment is confirmed. The cohort starts on 12 October and a new week opens every week after that.
All prices are in euros and are the final price you pay.
Payment is processed by Stripe. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna. Klarna may allow you to split the payment. Klarna's own terms apply to that arrangement and I am not a party to it.
Your place is confirmed when payment is received. If the payment fails or is reversed, access may be suspended.
Group lessons take place on the dates and at the time listed in section 3, by video call. If I have to move a lesson, I will tell you as far in advance as I can and offer a new date.
Group lessons are not repeated individually if you cannot attend.
One to one lessons are scheduled between us. If you need to move a lesson, please tell me at least 8 hours in advance and we will find a new time. A lesson cancelled with less than 8 hours notice counts as used.
All one to one lessons must be taken within your platform access period. Unused lessons are not carried over or refunded after that period ends.
All students have access to a shared chat. Please keep it respectful and on topic. I may remove anyone who is abusive, who shares other students' messages outside the chat, or who uses it to advertise.
The chat is for tasks, questions and practice. It is not a channel for immediate personal support, and I do not guarantee a reply at any particular time.
All lessons, videos, exercises, texts and other materials are my intellectual property.
You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, download for redistribution, share, publish, resell, or use them to teach others.
Your account is personal. Please do not share your login with anyone else. If materials are shared or an account is used by more than one person, I may close the account without a refund.
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase.
Because the course gives you immediate access to digital content, you will be asked at checkout to confirm that you want access to start straight away and that you understand you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once it does.

I will give you a structured course, clear explanations and, on the Group and one to one plans, my personal feedback.
I cannot promise that you will reach a particular level, pass any exam, or achieve any specific result. Learning a language depends on the time and effort you put in.
This course is not an accredited qualification and does not lead to an official certificate.
If too few people enrol, or if illness or another serious reason prevents me from running the course, I may postpone it or cancel it. In that case you will be offered a place on the next cohort or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
I may make small changes to the lesson schedule or the order of topics. The overall content and value of what you bought will not be reduced.
I may end your access without a refund if you share the materials, share your account, behave abusively towards me or other students, or seriously breach these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits my liability where the law does not allow it.
I am not responsible for problems caused by your internet connection, your device, or a temporary failure of a third party platform used to deliver the course.
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

I may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one published when you bought your place. The date at the top shows the current version.
